SIZING
Our SOHLS® are designed to include a little extra ‘wriggle room’ with our wide toe box and our ActiveKnit fabrics that moulds to the foot. See our Size Guide below for sizes, insole lengths and conversions.
Selecting shoe size for NEW WALKERS:
Add 0.5-1.0cm to a new walkers foot length when choosing the insole length. For example, if the measured foot length is 12.5cm, select a size with an insole length of 13-13.5cm.
Selecting shoe size for CONFIDENT WALKERS:
Add 1-1.5cm to a confident walkers foot length when choosing the insole length. For example, if the measured foot length is 16cm, select a size with an insole length of 17-17.5cm.
For special foot types:
For slim and narrow feet, stay true to size. For chubby, wide, or high instep feet, consider going up +1cm in size.
Note: Our Velcro styles are designed for a snugger fit. If your little one is between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

CARE
- Machine wash in cold water with gentle detergent.
- Hang to dry outside. Do not tumble dry.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of your order date. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
Note: Items purchased on SALE or in a promotional period are ONLY valid for a store credit refund.
During sale periods, returns are processed as store credit only. Checkout+ will still cover your return shipping, however direct exchanges are not available during this time due to high demand and limited stock availability.
Once your credit is issued, you can easily repurchase your preferred size or style.
Items marked FINAL SALE are NOT valid for a return, exchange or store credit.
