What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is our optional return protection, available at checkout for $3.98. It includes unlimited FREE exchanges within 30 days, FREE return shipping for refunds, a $10 bonus store credit when you choose to exchange, the option to return for 110% store credit if your preferred size or style is out of stock, plus shipping and package protection. Checkout+ covers all items in your order.

Please note (Sale Periods): If you purchase Checkout+ within a sale or promotional period, bonus credits, refunds and exchanges are not applicable. If you want to return your sale item, you will receive a FREE returns label to send back for a STORE CREDIT only.

What happens if I don't purchase Checkout+?

Returns are still accepted within 30 days, however return shipping costs will be payable by the customer. Orders placed without Checkout+ are also not covered for lost, damaged or misplaced packages once shipped.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the date your order is purchased to start a return.

To be eligible, you must initiate your return within 30 days of purchase through our returns process. Depending on the item and order type, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

What are the return conditions?

Because footwear can be easily damaged if worn outside, we can only accept returns if items are in 100% perfect, brand new condition.

To be eligible for a SOHLS Footwear return, items must:

  • Have all original tags attached
  • Have shoe shape liners still intact
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Be tried on indoors only.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of shoe shape liners may not be eligible for return.

Please note:

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • On sale items are only valid for store credit return.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund or exchange under any circumstances, unless deemed faulty.

My SALE item doesn't fit. Can I exchange?

Sale items purchased from Little SOHLS can be returned for a store credit. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds during promotional or sale periods. Unfortunately, items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund or exchange under any circumstances. No size, style or colour changes are permitted on FINAL SALE items.

Note: If you purchase Checkout+ within a sale or promotional period, bonus credits, refunds and exchanges are not applicable. If you want to return your sale item, you will receive a FREE returns label to send back for a STORE CREDIT only.

Walk me through the exchange process

We’ve worked hard to make this process as seamless as we can. Quickly check your sizing using our Size Guide, then start your return form here.

Select exchange and from there you’ll be able to choose any item across our website to receive in exchange for your return. If the item you choose to exchange is of higher value, you’ll be emailed an invoice, otherwise, it’ll be a straight exchange and we will ship out your new item as soon as your return order passes our inspection.

Note: From you sending you order back, please allow 3-5 days via Australia Post Standard Delivery to reach us, and an additional 5-7 days for your new item to be dispatched.

If I choose to exchange, is my new item held for me?

Please note that selecting an exchange through our returns portal does not reserve or hold stock for your requested item, size or colour. Exchange items are subject to current stock availability at the time your original item is received, inspected and processed by our warehouse.

Due to the high volume of exchange requests and the nature of inventory management, Little SOHLS is unable to reserve stock prior to receiving the original return item. This is because some exchange requests are initiated but never returned, which can result in significant inventory discrepancies.

As a result, requested exchange items may sell out before your return arrives back to our warehouse. If your requested exchange item is no longer available at the time of processing, Little SOHLS reserves the right to instead issue:

  • A refund (where applicable under the policy),
  • Store credit, or
  • 110% store credit (where applicable).

We understand this can be disappointing and always do our best to fulfil exchange requests wherever possible. We recommend lodging and returning exchanges as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly during sale, promotional or high-volume periods.

Can I get a refund if my child doesn't love it?

If you’re not completely happy with your Little SOHLS, you can return full-priced items for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Returns must be initiated within the return window and items must meet our return eligibility requirements.

Please note that sale items follow our sale return policy, which may differ from full-price returns.

The size or style I want to exchange for is out of stock

If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you may choose to return your item for a 110% store credit, valid for 12 months. This allows you to hold onto your credit and secure your favourite SOHLS once it restocks.

Following up on my return

Our warehouse team is amazing and works hard to process our returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for the team to process your return (once we receive it into our warehouse) and if you feel like it’s taken longer, give us a nudge and we will look into it further for you! During sale period, this process can sometimes take a few days longer, but you can always reach out to check in!

Once your return has been processed, refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
