110% Store Credit
RECEIVE STORE CREDITIf the style or size you’re after is currently out of stock, you can return your item for a 110% store credit.
If you have checked out with Checkout+ for $3.98 you will receive a return label FREE to send back.

Refund item
START REFUNDNot quite right? You have 30 days to return your item for a refund.
If you checked out with Checkout+ for $3.98, you’ll receive a FREE return shipping label. Once your item is received back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is our optional return protection, available at checkout for $3.98. It includes unlimited FREE exchanges within 30 days, FREE return shipping for refunds, a $10 bonus store credit when you choose to exchange, the option to return for 110% store credit if your preferred size or style is out of stock, plus shipping and package protection. Checkout+ covers all items in your order.
What happens if I don't purchase Checkout+?
Returns are still accepted within 30 days, however return shipping costs will be payable by the customer, and a standard $6 reshipment fee applies to exchanges. Orders placed without Checkout+ are also not covered for lost or misplaced packages once shipped.
I purchased my order before Jan 21, do I still qualify for free returns?
Orders placed before 21 January fall under our previous returns policy and are not covered by Checkout+. Standard return shipping costs payable by the customer, and reshipment fees apply. If you’re unsure which policy applies to your order, please reach out at hello@littlesohls.com.au – we’re happy to help clarify.
The size or style I want to exchange for is out of stock, what should I do?
If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you may choose to return your item for a 110% store credit, valid for 12 months. This allows you to hold onto your credit and secure your favourite SOHLS once it restocks.
My FINAL SALE item doesn't fit. Can I exchange?
Unfortunately, items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund or exchange under any circumstances. No size, style or colour changes are permitted on FINAL SALE items.
