Returns Policy

We want you to love your Little SOHLS, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

30-Day Returns

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@littlesohls.com.au. Returns must be sent to: PO Box 321, Rose Bay NSW 2029
  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Free Size Exchanges (AU Customers Only)

  • For all SOHLS® Footwear purchased after Friday 8 August 2025, we now offer Free Size Exchanges.

Conditions of Free Size Exchanges:

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • We will provide a prepaid return postage slip and cover the cost of sending out your replacement pair.
  • Exchanges may be for the correct size or a different style across our SOHLS® Velcro or Slip-On ranges only (subject to availability).
  • One free exchange per order applies.

Bundles & Discounts

  • If you purchased items as part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the actual value of the items you are keeping.
  • This means the discount will be removed from the items you keep and deducted from your refund amount.
  • Example: If you purchase 2 pairs of shoes with a 15% bundle discount and return one pair, the refund will be calculated as if the remaining pair was purchased at full price. The returned pair will be refunded at the adjusted value.

This ensures your refund accurately reflects the value of the items retained.

Damages & Issues

  • Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Little SOHLS will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement pair.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Final Sale items may be exchanged for size only, subject to availability.
  • No style, colour, or product substitutions will be permitted on Final Sale exchanges.
  • All Final Sale conditions apply in addition to this Returns Policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Items marked as Final Sale (see Final Sale section) are excluded from refunds.
  • Exchanges (Other Than Free Size Exchanges)

Customers wishing to exchange items outside of the Free Size Exchange offer may:

  • Return the item for a refund and place a new order, or
  • Request a direct exchange by emailing hello@littlesohls.com.au.
  • A $5 reshipment fee applies to direct exchanges and must be paid before the replacement item is sent.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@littlesohls.com.au.

Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage on all refunds and exchanges, unless eligible for the Free Size Exchange offer.
  • Little SOHLS does not currently offer free returns outside of this policy.
