Returns Policy

We want you to love your Little SOHLS, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

30-Day Returns

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@littlesohls.com.au. Returns must be sent to: PO Box 321, Rose Bay NSW 2029
  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Free Size Exchanges (AU Customers Only)

  • Important update: During sale periods, free size exchanges will not apply. (See “Sale Items & Free Size Exchanges” below.)
  • For all SOHLS® Footwear purchased after Friday 8 August 2025, we now offer Free Size Exchanges.

Conditions of Free Size Exchanges:

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • We will provide a prepaid return postage slip and cover the cost of sending out your replacement pair.
  • Exchanges may be for the correct size or a different style across our SOHLS® Velcro or Slip-On ranges only (subject to availability).
  • One free exchange per order applies.
  • Applies to full-priced orders only (including no original discounts applied to order, of any kind.)

Sale Items & Free Size Exchanges

  • Any items purchased during a promotional sale event (discounted items, “sale” labelled products) are not eligible for free size exchanges or the standard free size exchange offer.
  • Customers who purchase sale items may still request an exchange or refund (subject to our standard 30-day returns process) unless the item is marked “Final Sale” (see below).
  • If you wish to change size on a sale item, you may request a return for refund and place a new order (subject to stock availability and pricing).

Final Sale Items

  • Items clearly marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
  • No style or colour changes allowed for Final Sale items.

Costs Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs are payable by the customer
  • A $5 reshipment fee applies for standard exchanges.
  • You may also choose to return for a refund, then place a new order.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. (Banks may take extra time.)
  • Customers pay return postage unless eligible for Free Size Exchange.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@littlesohls.com.au. Little SOHLS
  • We’ll assess the issue and may provide a replacement (subject to availability).
