Returns & Exchanges

• Sale items are eligible for store credit only and are not refundable.
• If you purchase Checkout+ within a sale or promotional period, bonus credits, refunds and exchanges are not applicable. If you want to return your sale item, you will receive a FREE returns label to send back for a STORE CREDIT only.
• Items purchased as part of a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) promotion are treated as a combined offer and not as individually discounted products.
• Returns for BOGO purchases are only eligible for a store credit when both items are returned together. In this case, the store credit will reflect the full amount paid for both items.
• If only one item from a BOGO order is returned, the promotion is no longer valid and the discounted value cannot be applied or split across individual items. As such, single-item returns from a BOGO offer are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
