Discounted $5 Shipping Australia Wide
We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Our $5 standard shipping applies to all orders within Australia. From dispatch, Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 1-3 business days, excluding Adelaide and Perth which can be 2-7 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.
Discounted $10 Express Shipping Australia
With same day dispatch (Monday-Friday) when ordered before 1PM AEST, upgrade to $10 express shipping for next day delivery. Australia wide on all orders.
FREE Express Shipping over $100
Spend $100 in one order to qualify for free express shipping, Australia wide.
International Orders
Little Sohls currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada, UK, Ireland and Major European cities.
Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday-Friday, and all orders received before 1pm AEST (Monday-Friday) on the same business day.*
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
Dispatching your order
We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and sent out via Australia post, you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find your email please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at hello@littlesohls.com.au
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the Australia Post. Any delays caused by them are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. Little Sohls is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Little Sohls is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
Little Sohls is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
