We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Our $7 standard shipping applies to all orders within Australia. From dispatch, Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 1-3 business days, excluding Adelaide and Perth which can be 2-7 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.
$13 Express Shipping Australia Wide
With next day dispatch (Monday-Friday) when ordered before 1PM AEST, upgrade to $13 express shipping for next day delivery. Australia wide on all orders.
FREE Standard Shipping over $100
Spend $100 in one order to qualify for free express shipping, Australia & NZ wide.
International Orders
Little SOHLS currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, Ireland and Major European cities.
As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, our shipping partner Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice.
This decision has been made to ensure compliance with the new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements. Specifically, the requirement for duties and taxes to be prepaid on all shipments prior to their arrival in the US.
Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday-Friday, and all orders received before 1pm AEST (Monday-Friday) on the next business day.*
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), next day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
Note about Sale Periods
During sale events (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday), order volumes spike and warehouse processing takes a little longer – please allow an extra 1-3 business days for dispatch during these times (or more if notified). We’ll always notify you via email if there’s a known delay.
Dispatching your order
We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and sent out via Australia post, you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find your email please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at hello@littlesohls.com.au
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the Australia Post. Any delays caused by them are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. Little Sohls is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
Misplaced or Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address. Little SOHLS is not responsible for parcels that are lost, misplaced or stolen once marked as delivered to the nominated address.
Customers who have selected Checkout+ at checkout receive shipping and package protection. In the event a parcel is lost or misplaced in transit, please contact us at hello@littlesohls.com.au so we can assist in reviewing the issue and arranging a suitable resolution where applicable.
Damaged Parcels
Little SOHLS is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.
