• This promotional voucher is valid for one-time use only on eligible Little SOHLS products up to the value of $58.93 AUD, including complimentary standard shipping valued at $7.00 AUD.
  
• Promotion valid from Tuesday 19th May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST and ends Monday 25th May 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
  
• Vouchers are valid for 7 days from the date received as part of the Kiindred Launch Event goodie bags.
  
• This promotion is strictly limited to the first 120 redemptions only. Once all 120 promotional codes have been redeemed, the offer will automatically expire and no further claims will be accepted.
  
• Little SOHLS cannot guarantee voucher availability at the time of attempted redemption. Voucher validity is subject to remaining allocation availability at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for all return postage and exchange re-shipping costs associated with any approved size exchange requests.
  
• Re-do Checkout+ package protection, free returns, exchange coverage, shipping protection and related benefits are not valid or applicable on orders where the final order total is $0.00 AUD through this promotional voucher redemption.
  
• Returned items for approved size exchanges must:
  - be unworn,
  - unused,
  - returned in original packaging,
  - include all tags and accessories,
  - and be free from marks, dirt, damage or washing.
  
• Little SOHLS reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
  

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

• Once orders are dispatched from the Little SOHLS warehouse and handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer and shipping provider.
  
• As these promotional orders do not include shipping or package protection, Little SOHLS is not liable for:
  - lost parcels,
  - stolen parcels,
  - incorrect addresses entered at checkout,
  - delivery delays,
  - parcels marked as delivered,
  - or missing/misplaced shipments once dispatched.
  
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is correct and complete.
  
• Little SOHLS is not obligated to resend, replace or refund orders affected by shipping issues outside of our direct control.
