By participating in the Little SOHLS Mid-Year Warehouse Sale, you agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

Sale Period
The Mid-Year Warehouse Sale commences at 7:30PM AEST Thursday 18th June 2026 and ends at 11:59PM AEST Thursday 25th June 2026, unless ended earlier at the discretion of Little SOHLS.

Discounts of up to 50% OFF apply to selected styles and colours only, while stocks last.

General Sale Conditions

  • Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
  • Sale pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer unless otherwise stated.
  • No rainchecks will be provided on sold out items.
  • Due to the high volume nature of warehouse sales, stock levels may fluctuate rapidly and items in cart are not reserved until checkout is completed successfully.
  • In rare circumstances, overselling may occur. If this happens, affected customers will be contacted and offered an alternative product, store credit or refund.
  • Little SOHLS reserves the right to amend, extend or end the promotion at any time without notice.

Free Gift Offers

Orders over $80 AUD (after discounts and excluding shipping) will receive one FREE pair of Little SOHLS Grip Socks valued at $9.99.

  • Customers must select their preferred sock size at checkout and ensure the free gift has been successfully added to their cart before completing their order. If no size is selected or the item is not added to cart, the free gift will not be included with the order. Customers may contact Little SOHLS to request the item be sent separately, with additional shipping costs payable by the customer.
  • Free gifts are while stocks last and may be substituted at the discretion of Little SOHLS.
  • If an order is returned and falls below the qualifying spend threshold, the free gift must also be returned in original condition or its retail value may be deducted from the store credit issued.

Orders over $120 AUD (after discounts) qualify for FREE standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand.

Orders over $150 AUD (after discounts and excluding shipping) will receive one FREE Sun & Daughter Sunscreen valued at $39.95.

  • Sunscreen gift is strictly while stocks last.
  • If an order is returned and falls below the qualifying threshold, the gift must also be returned unopened and unused or its retail value may be deducted from the store credit issued.

Returns, Exchanges & Checkout+

All Mid-Year Warehouse Sale purchases are subject to the Little SOHLS Returns Policy.

Sale Purchases

  • All sale items are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind on sale purchases.
  • Direct exchanges are not guaranteed due to stock availability during promotional periods.
  • No stock is held while returns are in transit or being processed.

Final Sale

Any item marked FINAL SALE or FINAL RETURN is not eligible for:

  • Refund
  • Store credit
  • Exchange

unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Checkout+

Customers who purchase Checkout+ at checkout for $2.98 AUD receive:

  • One FREE return shipping label back to the Little SOHLS warehouse within the eligible return window.

Checkout+ does not change the return outcome applicable during sale periods. Sale items remain valid for store credit only.

Shipping & Dispatch

  • Please allow additional dispatch times during promotional periods due to increased order volumes.
  • Dispatch estimates provided are guidelines only and not guaranteed.
  • Once orders have been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  • Little SOHLS is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs or external factors outside of our control.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law. Customers may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products deemed faulty, damaged or not as described.
