Little SOHLS Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Little SOHLS. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is our optional return protection, available at checkout for $3.98.

When you choose Checkout+, you’ll enjoy:

  • Unlimited FREE exchanges within 30 days
  • FREE return shipping for refunds
  • A $10 bonus store credit whenever you choose to exchange
  • Option to return for 110% Store Credit if your preferred sizes or style aren’t in stock
  • Shipping and package protection

Checkout+ covers all items in your order – you don’t need to purchase it per item.

Note: If you purchase Checkout+ within a sale or promotional period, bonus credits, refunds and exchanges are not applicable. If you want to return your sale item, you will receive a FREE returns label to send back for a STORE CREDIT only.

If you choose NOT to checkout with Checkout+?

If you choose not to add on Checkout+:

  • If you choose not to add Checkout+, returns are still accepted, however return shipping costs will be payable by the customer, PLUS a standard $6 reshipment fee applies to exchanges.
  • If your package is lost or misplaced once shipped, you will not have protection for this.

All returns must meet the guidelines outlined below.

30-Day Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is placed.
  • Because footwear can be easily damaged if worn outside, we can only accept returns if items are in 100% perfect, brand new condition.
  • To be eligible for a SOHLS Footwear return, items must:
  1. Have all original tags attached
  2. Have shoe shape liners still intact
  3. Be returned in their original packaging
  4. Be tried on indoors only.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of shoe shape liners may not be eligible for return.
  • Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be initiated before items are sent back.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges (not applicable in sale or promotional periods)

With Checkout+

  • Enjoy unlimited FREE exchanges within 30 days
  • No reshipment fees
  • Plus receive a $10 bonus store credit when you choose to exchange

Without Checkout+

  • Return shipping costs will be payable by the customer
  • PLUS standard $6 reshipment fee applies to exchanges.

Please note that selecting an exchange through our returns portal does not reserve or hold stock for your requested item, size or colour. Exchange items are subject to current stock availability at the time your original item is received, inspected and processed by our warehouse.

Due to the high volume of exchange requests and the nature of inventory management, Little SOHLS is unable to reserve stock prior to receiving the original return item. This is because some exchange requests are initiated but never returned, which can result in significant inventory discrepancies.

As a result, requested exchange items may sell out before your return arrives back to our warehouse. If your requested exchange item is no longer available at the time of processing, Little SOHLS reserves the right to instead issue:

  • A refund (where applicable under the policy),
  • Store credit, or
  • 110% store credit (where applicable).

We understand this can be disappointing and always do our best to fulfil exchange requests wherever possible. We recommend lodging and returning exchanges as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly during sale, promotional or high-volume periods.

Refunds (not applicable in sale or promotional periods)

Not quite right? You may return your item for a refund within 30 days.

  • If you checked out with Checkout+, you’ll receive a FREE return shipping label
  • Without Checkout+, return shipping costs are payable by the customer via our portal
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once items are received and inspected at our warehouse
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (banks may take additional time)

110% Store Credit Option (not applicable in sale or promotional periods)

If the style or size you’re after is currently out of stock, you may choose to return your item for a 110% store credit.

This allows you to:

  • Hold onto your credit
  • Secure your favourite style once it restocks
  • Get a little extra value for your patience 🤍

(Store credit valid for 12 months.)

Sale Items

  • Items on sale during sale or promotional periods are valid for a store credit return only.
  • Items clearly marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund or exchange
  • No size, style or colour changes are permitted on Final Sale items

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@littlesohls.com.au.

We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, organise a replacement or solution (subject to availability).
