DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We sure do! We understand how tricky it can be buying for little feet online, which is why we now offer Free Size Exchanges on SOHLS® Footwear (including our Slip-on and Velcro ranges)*. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll cover your return postage and send your new size (or a different style from our Velcro or Slip-On ranges) back to you for free – one exchange per order, Australian customers only.

Our standard 30-day return policy still applies for everything else – just send back your unused Little SOHLS in their original condition and you can either exchange them (size or colour) or receive a full refund back to your original payment method.

ARE YOUR SHOES WATERPROOF?

Our shoes are not waterproof. They are made out of a polyester knit fabric which are faster drying than others on the market. Like any children's shoes when stomped around in water or mud, we would recommend taking them off your children's feet if irritation occurs.
