From Friday 8 August 2025, Little SOHLS is offering Free Size Exchanges on SOHLS® Footwear purchases, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility

• Offer applies to all SOHLS® Footwear purchases made on or after Friday 8 August 2025.
• Customers may exchange for a different size in the same style or for a different style across the SOHLS® Velcro or Slip-On ranges only.
• Excludes all other product ranges, apparel, or future footwear releases outside the SOHLS® Velcro and Slip-On collections.

Exchange Limit

• One (1) free size exchange is permitted per eligible order.

What’s Included

• A prepaid return postage label for sending back your original pair.
• Free shipping of the replacement pair to you.

What’s Not Included

• Refunds (including for change of mind or exchanges outside the eligible ranges).

How to Exchange

• Customers must contact Little SOHLS Customer Care within 14 days of receiving their order to arrange the exchange.
• Items must be returned in as-new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
• Once the original pair has been received and inspected, the replacement pair will be dispatched.

Other Conditions

• Offer valid for Australian customers only (international returns/exchanges follow standard process).
• Subject to stock availability in the requested style and size. If unavailable, a store credit will be issued in place of a replacement.
• Little SOHLS reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
