These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the GIMME Gift-With-Purchase ("Promotion") offered by Little SOHLS ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility:

• To qualify for the free GIMME jewellery gift, your order must total over $80 AUD (after discounts, not including shipping fees).
• The promotion is available while stocks last only.
• Gift is limited to one GIMME item per order, regardless of total spend above $80.
• Orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum spend threshold.
  

Gift Details:

• The GIMME jewellery gift will be added automatically to eligible orders during dispatch.
• Jewellery colour (Gold or Silver) will be selected at random and cannot be changed or requested.
• The GIMME gift has no cash value and cannot be substituted for any other product, discount, or credit.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

• Orders that qualify for the GIMME gift are not eligible for refund.
• If you need to exchange your purchased SOHLS for a different size, we are happy to accommodate exchanges subject to our usual returns policy.
• No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be offered on the GIMME jewellery itself.

Faulty or Defective Gifts:

• If you believe your GIMME jewellery gift is faulty or defective upon arrival, please get in touch with us at hello@littlesohls.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to assist and help resolve the issue. However, as GIMME jewellery is supplied as part of a promotional partnership, any replacement or resolution will be at the discretion of GIMME Store and cannot be guaranteed.

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time without notice.
• In the unlikely event that stock of the GIMME gifts is exhausted, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value, or withdraw the promotion entirel
